Dao Yin Yoga
Dao Yin Yoga, different to Indian Yoga, can be practiced sitting or standing, without any equipment. Like Taiji, Dao Yin is the the embodiment of meditation in natural movement and is a great way to develop a healthy mind in a healthy body. Emphasising deep breathing combined with a flowing series of powerful dynamic whole body stretches and static poses working through the entire body. The exercises are similar in practice to the Ji Jing Jin (muscle/tendon transformation) from the Shaolin martial arts lineage.
